Production

Our posted turnaround times begin ONLY after an order has been “APPROVED”. Orders are considered “APPROVED” and are put into production ONLY when the following three conditions have been met:  1. An ORDER FORM has been completely filled out,  2. All files have been correctly submitted, 3. Payment information has been provided.

All turnarounds are measured in business days. Saturday, Sunday, and any observed holidays during which we are closed will not be considered production days.

Woopainting.com has and assumes no obligation to proof or otherwise review the content or layout of your order. Even if a Woopainting.com customer service representative has inquired as to the attributes of one of your prior orders, you are not entitled nor should you assume that Woopainting.com will review any other order you place. Orders are printed in their “as submitted” form and the customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout verification and approval prior to submission to the print process. Woopainting.com DOES NOT make any changes on customer files.

Please remember that orders “APPROVED” by 12pm PST will be treated as if “APPROVED” that day, but orders/files “APPROVED” after 12pm PST will be treated as if “APPROVED” the next business day. For example, an order for 10 banners which meets all conditions stated above, that is “APPROVED”at 11:45 am PST on Tuesday will enter Wednesday’s production. An order “APPROVED” Tuesday at 12:15pm PST will be treated as being “APPROVED” Wednesday and will enter Thurdays’s production.

Please note that your monitor’s calibration affects what you see on your screen. The colors on the printed products may differ from what you see on your screen. Please keep in mind that while we will try our best to match your the color on your file, woopainting.com DOES NOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING.

For order qty over 50 pcs, it will need more production days. Please contact our Customer Service Dept to confirm the estimated done date for your order.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Paypal.Once an order has been “APPROVED” and has entered the production cycle, refunds are no longer possible.Although woopainting.com does archive files for re-orders, please retain a back-up copy of your postcard. woopainting .com DOES NOT guarantee that all submitted files will be saved.

Liability

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: woopainting.com warrants only that the work will conform to the description contained in the purchase order. woopainting.com’s maximum liability, whether by negligence, contract, or otherwise, will not exceed the return of the amount invoiced for the work in dispute. Under no circumstances will woopainting.com be liable for specific, individual, or consequential damages.

Return Policy / Reprints

woopainting.com focuses on providing our customers with the best possible printing experience and products. If there is any issue with your order, you must report the problem within three (3) business days. You can submit your claim by calling our Customer Service Dept or via email at support@woopainting.com

Our Customer Service Representative will document your complaint and create a claim for you to reference as we investigate how to best resolve the issue. All defects and/or order issues must be reported to woopainting.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Customer will be requested to submit digital photos to document the product’s defects. In some cases, customer will be required to ship defective product(s) back to woopainting.com at their own expense and in an agreed upon reasonable time frame. In cases where the order is required to be shipped back to woopainting.com at the customer’s expense, woopainting.com may reimburse the customer for shipping if a defect is determined to exist. Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products unless shipping delivers a defective product or fails to deliver an order. Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders varies due to available production capacity and are at woopainting.com’s discretion.

Indemnification

The customer agrees to protect woopainting.com from economic loss and any other harmful consequences that could arise in connection with the work. This means that the customer will hold woopainting.com harmless and save, indemnify, and otherwise defend him/her against claims, demands, actions, and proceedings on any and all grounds. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence.

Copyrights: The customer also warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold woopainting.com harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.

Personal or economic rights: The customer also warrants that the work does not contain anything that is libelous or scandalous, or anything that threatens anyone’s right to privacy or other personal or economic rights. The customer will, at the customer’s sole expense, promptly and thoroughly defend woopainting.com in all legal actions on these grounds as long as woopainting.com promptly notifies the customer of the legal action and gives the customer reasonable time to undertake and conduct a defense. woopainting.com reserves the right to use his or her sole discretion in refusing to print anything he or she deems illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper or infringing upon copyright law.

Tax

All amounts due for taxes and assessments will be added to the customer’s invoice and are the responsibility of the customer. No tax exemption will be granted unless the customer’s “Exemption Certificate” (or other official proof of exemption) accompanies the purchase order. If, after the customer has paid the invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the customer must promptly remit the required taxes to the taxing authority, or immediately reimburse the provider for any additional taxes paid.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.
